CRAVES “Holiday Fest” for Safe Streets
Cost: Free! Accepting donations of canned goods, and new unwrapped toys.
In light of the current economic situation and crime within our communities...
CRAVES Soul Food is the new soulful food hub where individuals, groups, youth, young adults and co-workers gather for food and fellowship.
Our community catering team has partnered with “Stop the Violence South” for entertainment and fundraising. The charitable programs benefiting are for underprivileged children, families and homeless in the Low Country. The event is admission free. However, attendees are encouraged to bring a monitory donation, canned good and/or a toy for the three charity boxes.
ALL of the proceeds go to families in our community.
This Holiday Fest is a gathering for public safety officials, the community, and its leaders to promote Safe Streets for the Holidays.
The times we live in demand extraordinary partnerships to ensure safe
streets and safe communities, let us build on the efforts for crime reduction.
It is clear that it takes a village.
By accepting this invitation,
you will acquaint our community with the various opportunities for improving
their community, and this will encourage the community to become more involved.
We hope that you will accept this invatation and join us Tues. - Saturday 11:00 a.m. -5pm for the month of December 2009.
